Prem and Rahee are talking about their wedding decorations. Prem wants many colors because Indian weddings are colorful. Rahee says she likes white. Prem tells Rahee not to say "white" in front of Moti Baa. They laugh together.
Moti Baa shows Rahee's kundali. Guruji says there is a problem in Rahee's kundali. This problem might take Prem's life. Rahee will have to save Prem all the time. Moti Baa is shocked and wants to talk to Anupama and Rahee about the dosh in the kundali.
Moti Baa finds out that Rahee is adopted and cancels the wedding. But, Prem still wants to marry Rahee. There is a big argument between the Kothari family and Anupama[3]. Anupama tells the story of Rahee's adoption and Maaya's truth.
Moti Baa and Parag are still not convinced. They say that Rahee has run away from her house many times. They worry she might run away after the marriage too. They do not want the marriage to happen, but Prem is determined.
Parag screams at Prem. He says that Prem cooks for the Shahs and follows their orders. He says Prem is like Anupama Joshi's servant. Prem gets angry and wants to remove Parag Kothari's name from his name. He wants to change his name to Prem Anupama Joshi, which shocks everyone. Prem and Rahee talk at night. Rahee wants to make Prem and his life happy.
The next day, Prem and Rahee get ready for the presentation for Anu Ki Rasoi. Anupama is nervous. Hasmukh motivates her. He says Prem and Rahee are the best, which makes Mahi jealous. Prem and Rahee succeed in the deal. Parag Kothari finds out about this. Prem calls Badshah, Raja, and Prarthana to enjoy pani puri. Anupama and her family, including Prem’s siblings, eat pani puri.
Parag sees them eating pani puri and washing dishes. He becomes angry. Parag goes home and tells Vasundhara about the incident, which makes her angry. Badshah’s stomach starts hurting, and Meet complains to Prem. Anupama suggests something, but nobody likes it.

In an earlier episode, Babu ji says that today is Mahi and Prem’s engagement. He says this means they are going to get married. He says they need to know each other. She says that the mehendi fragrance spreads in the whole house, but it is about values and customs. Babu ji asks Prem to keep the promise that he has made. Anupama asks Prem and Mahi to exchange rings. Rahi remembers Prem putting a ring on her finger in her imagination. Prem is about to put the ring on Mahi's finger, but he drops the ring. Baa asks Rahi to pick up the ring. Mahi asks how the ring fell down. Ansh teases her, saying Prem might have gotten worried. Rahi picks up the ring and gives it to Prem. Prem comes in front of Mahi. He says it is not a prank, but the truth that came out in front of everyone. He says he loves Rahi and Rahi loves him. Baa asks if he was drunk. She asks why he agreed to the engagement. Prem says he agreed for Mahi’s sake. Rahi asked him to do this for Mahi and Anu Maam’s happiness. Mahi falls down, shocked. Prem holds her hand but is still holding Rahi’s hand. Mahi gets up. Prem says he is sorry and he does not love her as he loves Rahi. Mahi hugs Baa. Pakhi says they should not have played with Rahi’s emotions. Rahi goes to Anupama. Anupama stops her. Prem goes towards her. She stops him too. Mahi tells Anupama that Rahi does not want their engagement to happen. Anupama asks her to calm down. She says she asked Prem many times. She says she asked Rahi what is in her heart. She says she asked Mahi not to hurry. She says they have made fun of the family and calls them shameless.
Mahi accuses Anupama of not having motherly love for her. She throws a flower plate at her, but Rahi catches it. Rahi asks Anupama to make a decision. She says they will obey it. Anupama says she needs time. She says whatever she decides, they all have to agree
